Chocolate Mousse

Separate eggs yolks from whites

Beat egg whites to stiff peaks - do not overbeat

Melt chocolate bar in microwave, careful not to burn

Once chocolate is melted, stir in 2 egg yolks. Then stir in the knob of butter

Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
